The plot is 900 m2 and is located on a hillside, which guarantees complete privacy and a lovely Caribbean breeze. The Cas Grandi district is about a 15-minute drive from the center of Willemstad and about 30 minutes from the airport. The nearest beach Jan Thiel Beach can be reached within 5 minutes, as well as a large supermarket, a bakery and several restaurants nearby.
