  • Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
  • If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before arrival, you will be paid 50% of all nights.
  • If a guest cancels less than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund for all nights.
  • Guests will also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as it is at least 14 days before their arrival.
