Via the private driveway with electric gate, you arrive at the unique villa with a porch around the ground floor. The 8X4 swimming pool is located wonderfully free on the Cas Grandi dam, surrounded by greenery.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors.

The kitchen is well equipped and fully equipped. There is a Nespresso machine, microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher. Items such as a blender, citrus press, kettle, etc. have also been thought of.

Laundry room is equipped with new washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom 2 with large 180x200 double bed
Bedroom 3 with 2 x 1 person beds

Outside there is a porch around the entire floor, where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the breeze.
