Villa Bon Vista is a wonderful villa that will be offered completely renovated from June 1, 2023 and is equipped with all the luxury you could wish for.

The house is wonderfully built on the wind and as soon as you enter the living room, your gaze is drawn to the beautiful, unobstructed view and to the well-known Table Mountain.

Take a dip in the lovely swimming pool with a view, lounge on the lounge deck or read a book at the table, it's all possible. The villa has a spacious master bedroom with an adjoining walk-in closet and a bathroom with bath, rain shower and toilet.

In addition, there are 2 bedrooms with Kingsize beds that share a bathroom. There is a (third) guest toilet on the covered porch. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a combi oven, a dishwasher and an American fridge. Behind the kitchen is also an opportunity for washing and drying clothes.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation by the tenant must be made in writing. You cannot cancel the final booking free of charge. The closer to the arrival date, the more costs are incurred to prepare your stay. Therefore, the amount of the cancellation costs depends on: - up to and including 40 days before the arrival date: 10% of the booking costs; - from 39 up to and including 21 days before the arrival date: 40% of the booking costs; - from 20 days up to and including with the last day before the arrival date: 90% of the booking costs; and - for later cancellation or non-appearance, the full travel sum will be charged
