The rental price is based on 2 people. One applies for each additional person
surcharge of E 10.00 per person per night

The price for the stay includes:

- The consumption of:
2 persons: 10 kWh of electricity and 0.4 m3 of water per day
3 persons: 13 kWh of electricity and 0.5 m3 of water per day
4 persons: 16 kWh of electricity and 0.6 m3 of water per day
5 persons: 19 kWh of electricity and 0.7 m3 of water per day
6 persons: 22 kWh of electricity and 0.6 m3 of water per day

With more consumption, E 0.70 per Kwh for electricity and E 8.00 per m3 for water will be charged.
This is calculated by the manager at check-out and can be paid on site in cash or with a payment request.

- 2 bath towels
- 4 shower towels per person per week
- Kitchen towels
- Wi-Fi
- Use washing machine
- Intermediate cleaning (for stays >10 nights)

The price does not include 7% tourist tax.


Cancellation policy;

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% refund
• cancellation within 30 days before the start of the rental period: no right to a refund

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
