Dear tenant,

We are a family of five consisting of 3 boys, of which 2 of the children are now teenagers and one child of 5 years. We were born on Curaçao and we currently live in the Netherlands.

As a family we are very proud of what we have achieved in this apartment. We hope you can enjoy and experience this as we did.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 50%. The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Rental price: € 65,- per day

Minimum rental period 7 nights and € 300 deposit
Includes: Internet, water, gas, Selikor and garden maintenance.
Exclusive: Electricity according to Pagatino system

Electricity consumption
The rent of the apartment does not include electricity, it goes according to the Pagatino system, you get the house with electricity consumption for 1 day. This system will be explained to you upon arrival.
