This nice apartment is located on the ground floor of the Cocobana Resort in Cas Grandi Curacao. The resort has a beautiful swimming pool and lovely tropical garden!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning), with separate box-spring beds, making this apartment suitable for couples as well as a family with children.
Everything is present in the apartment: extensive kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher and also a private washing machine.

There is a spacious porch at the apartment, so you can sit outside. And from the apartment you can take a dip in the refreshing pool :)

The Cocobana Resort is very centrally located. You are in 5 minutes on the beach of Jan Thiel and within 10 minutes on Mambo beach.

If you want to bring a little one with you, we will provide a camp bed and high chair.

You pay 95 euros (excluding additional costs) per night for the entire apartment. It does not matter whether you come alone or with 4 .

We are Jan-Jaap and Sofie. Together with our 2 kids, Paulien and Thijs, we lost our hearts a few years ago on this wonderful island. The Caribbean atmosphere, the everything-can-nothing-must feel, the wonderful weather, ... it brought us back every time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The apartment is rented per night for 95 euros per night. It does not matter whether you come with 1 or 4 people.

Cancellation Policy:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
