Cocobana 7 is a two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor in the beautiful, small-scale Cocobana Resort in Cas Grandi.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning and a shower, toilet and sink in both bedrooms. In the hall there is a guest toilet and a laundry room with your own washing machine. Ideal!

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.

The living room has a flat screen TV.

On the terrace you will find a dining table and lounge set. The terrace is directly adjacent to the beautiful tropical swimming pool, lovely on the wind for a cooling breeze all year round and the garden has great tropical planting, as you wish on a tropical island. Here you really feel like you're in the Caribbean!

Please note: Water and electricity are very expensive on our island. That is why this is charged separately (according to consumption) so that you can decide for yourself how you want to deal with this. However, we kindly ask you to only turn on air conditioners when you are actually present.

Are you staying 14 days or longer? Then a weekly interim cleaning, including linen change and towel change, is mandatory. The costs are €50,-.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing by email to the landlord.

The following conditions apply:

Partial payments will not be returned in the event of cancellation.
• For cancellations up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rent is due.
• For cancellations up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
• For cancellations from 7 days to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
• If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice
this is considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental fee is due.
• In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Water and electricity are precious on Curacao. These will therefore be charged separately, these costs will be deducted from the deposit. This way you can decide for yourself how to deal with this. If you stay longer than 14 days, the deposit is 500 euros.
