Whether you come to Curaçao with your family, together with your partner or with friends, at Casa Daliah you can enjoy peace, space and privacy.

Our comfortable holiday home is suitable for up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and a spacious covered veranda of no less than 70 m².

Start your day with a relaxing breakfast on the veranda, take a refreshing dip in your own pool or go out to discover the most beautiful places in Curaçao.

Casa Daliah is located in the quiet residential area of Montan'i Rei, a short drive from the popular beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. This way you can enjoy all the liveliness that Curaçao has to offer, while you come home in peace after a wonderful day.

What makes Casa Daliah special?

Casa Daliah is located on a fully fenced plot of over 800 m², equipped with an electric entrance gate and private parking. Here you can enjoy your holiday in peace.

🏊 Your own private pool

The 6 x 3 meter swimming pool is all to yourself. Take a refreshing swim, soak up the sun on a lounger, or relax with a drink by the pool.

🌴 A generous covered veranda

With no less than 70 m² of covered outdoor space, the veranda is a wonderful place to have breakfast together, dine extensively or enjoy the cooling Caribbean breeze.

🛏️ Comfortable stay

The house has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot water and a cozy living room. Both the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. In addition, there is free Wi-Fi.

📍 A nice location

Casa Daliah is about a 10-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach and 15 minutes from Mambo Beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and other beautiful places on the island are also easily accessible.

Hi! I'm Ainy. In 2013 I went to Curaçao for work. What was supposed to be three years turned into almost nine great years. In 2017 we built our family home in the quiet neighborhood of Katoentuin, where we lived for 5 years with great pleasure. In 2022 I moved back to the Netherlands with my family, but our hearts remain on the island where we still visit regularly. Now we invite you to come and enjoy and discover what makes Curaçao so special. Feel welcome in our family home!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental price and additional costs

The rental price depends on the chosen travel period and is automatically displayed in the calendar.

Includes

The following amenities are included in your stay:

* Water consumption.

* Free WiFi.

* Pool and garden maintenance.

Electricity

Casa Daliah works with a prepaid electricity meter. On arrival, 100 kWh of electricity is included in your stay. During your stay, we ask you to keep an eye on the remaining credit yourself. When the credit is almost empty, the meter can be easily topped up. You can do this yourself or we are of course happy to help with this. Extra consumption is at your own expense. Upon arrival, we will explain how the system works and where you can check the remaining credit.

Mandatory additional costs

* Final cleaning: €140 per stay.

* Deposit: €300 per stay.

The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after departure, provided that the house has been left tidy and no damage or outstanding costs have been found.

Interim cleaning

For stays of 21 nights or longer, one intermediate cleaning per 14 days is mandatory.

* cleaning the house;

* changing the bed linen;

* Changing the towels.

The cost is €70 per interim cleaning and can be paid directly to our local host during the stay.

Cancellation policy

*Up to 8 weeks before arrival: 20% of the rent

*4 to 8 weeks before arrival: 75% of the rent

*Within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rent

The cancellation costs are calculated on the rent and are exclusive of tourist tax, final cleaning and deposit.
