A fixed nightly fee is charged for water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to use these resources responsibly.
A one time cleaning fee is charged per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard end of stay cleaning. Excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Mid stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee and includes fresh bed linens and towels.
