What makes this villa special
In the heart of the villa is the cozy living room, equipped with a comfortable sitting area and a flat screen TV with international channels and Netflix; Ideal for relaxing evenings with friends or family. The open kitchen connects perfectly to the living room and is fully equipped with a cooking island, an American double-door fridge with freezer and ice cube machine, a wine fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, Quooker tap, combi oven and Nespresso machine. Prepare the most delicious meals here and relax in the outdoor areas!
Bedroom layout
The villa has a total of four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, toilet, walk-in shower, sink and air conditioning for optimal comfort. Two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (180 x 220 cm), while the third bedroom can be converted into two single beds (90 x 220 cm). The fourth bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 220 cm) is accessible via a staircase from the porch.
Fitness and relaxation
The 50 m² gym is air-conditioned and equipped with dumbbells up to 24 kg, an adjustable weight bench, a Technogym 4 station, an Olympic barbell with 150 kg weights, a Schwinn elliptical and a bodybike spinning bike – a true paradise for the gym enthusiast!
Outdoor living
Outside, an idyllic porch awaits with a lounge sofa and tree trunk table for atmospheric dinners, plus an XL Fat Bastard BBQ for barbecue lovers, and a skin/eye-friendly salt magnesium swimming pool on the private pool deck. Its location above the surrounding grounds guarantees optimal privacy, with a gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees.

Located in Vista Royal in the beautiful Jan Thiel, and surrounded by opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Discover the tranquility and beauty of the area, and enjoy all that this enchanting island has to offer! Jan Thiel Beach, Albert Heijn and nightlife are all within walking distance. Mambo Beach is a 10-minute drive away and Willemstad with the pontoon bridge and the Handelskade are about a 15-minute drive away.
Particularities
The rental includes: reception by the manager, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with national and international channels, bed and bath linen, water consumption, 50 kWh of electricity per day, and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Additional costs apply for additional consumption of electricity (€ 0.55 per kWh), final cleaning (€ 195) and optional interim cleaning (€ 75).
