Water and electricity
Water and electricity are very expensive on the island. The stay does not include the consumption of water and electricity. The price is then € 0.50 per kWh. The price of water consumption is € 5 per m3. The consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
Tax
7% guest tax is not included in the price and is payable on arrival.
Cleaning
For stays longer than 8 days, it is possible to book interim cleaning of the house for € 50 each time. For stays longer than two weeks, interim cleaning is mandatory.
The cost of the final cleaning is €125.
Deposit and (down) payment
The deposit is €350.
For stays longer than two weeks, the deposit will be increased by 50 euros per week.
Deposit:
- 25% within 5 days of invoice date.
- 75% + deposit no later than 60 days before arrival.

If no new guests arrive on your departure day, you can use the house longer in consultation. A late check out until 6 pm can be booked for € 50.
