Villa Just Relex

This villa is suitable for a group of 8 people, befriended couples or families with children and grandchildren.

It offers 2 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom and 2 bedrooms share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa has a beautiful tropical garden with a private swimming pool, lots of privacy and mature palm trees. It is well located on the wind which makes it very pleasant. The place to be to enjoy, chill and relax or go to one of the nearby beaches and restaurants. 

The villa can be divided into two apartments (A and B) and one studio (C)
The location is perfect in a quiet, safe area and yet only 10 minutes by car from the many facilities and beaches.

Since this year I have been taking care of the rental of Villa Just Relex.
In 2010 I came to Curaçao with my family.
We love a relaxed lifestyle, together with family and friends, which we have certainly found here on Curaçao. Our passion is traveling. We are therefore on the road very regularly. I have been active as a real estate agent since 1994, of which 16 years in the Netherlands and the last 14 years in Curaçao, I also rent out this fine unit and a few cars.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Water and electricity are not included in the price, the actual consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Deposit Euro 300,-

The price for the stay includes:

- shower towels

- kitchen towels

-bedding

- wifi

- use of washing machine


FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If you only announce on the start date or during the rental period that you will not make any use of the rented property, you will still owe the full rent.
