The house is built against a hill, so the entrance is accessible via a staircase. The dining room and sitting area with television are located on the veranda and are actually just "outside". There is even a bath on the terrace! The pool deck and pool with lounge beds are adjacent to this porch.

Our nightly rate includes the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, there is a fixed surcharge per night for the consumption of water and electricity. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware and responsible about this.
A one-time cleaning fee per stay will also be charged. This includes professional pre-arrival cleaning and standard final cleaning. Please note that excessive pollution may incur additional charges at the expense of the guest. Intermediate cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
