Beautiful villa built in 2019 overlooking the Spanish Water, Table Mountain and Caracas Bay. This modern, attractive villa with private pool and tropical garden is located in the quiet Brakkeput Abou district (5 minutes from Jan Thiel Beach).

The house is built against a hill, so the entrance is accessible via a staircase. The dining room and sitting area with television are located on the veranda and are actually just "outside". There is even a bath on the terrace! The pool deck and pool with lounge beds are adjacent to this porch.

This 3 bedroom villa is perfect for your luxury vacation. With 1 king size bed and 2 double beds, this beautiful accommodation offers a charming atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi and air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and a separate guest toilet is available. The bedrooms on the first floor have access to the roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the Spanish Water and Table Mountain. A great place to use as a base during your stay. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

During the Christmas periods, we ask for a minimum occupancy of 6 guests.

By completing the booking, you agree to the rental conditions of NOOM B.V. The full terms and conditions are available on request.

Summary of the general rental conditions:

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.
All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.
The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated in the property description and the specific conditions of the accommodation), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation.
We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
