• Payment and cancellation conditions

When making a reservation, the guest owes a deposit of 20% of the total rent. The reservation is final after the deposit has been received.

The remaining amount of the rent must be paid in full no later than 14 days before arrival.

If a reservation is made within 14 days before the arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately upon reservation.

If a payment due is not received in time, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In that case, the cancellation conditions below apply.

All prices are quoted in Euros, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any fees or exchange rate differences due to currency conversion by banks, credit card companies or payment service providers are the responsibility of the guest.

Any costs arising from a chargeback (chargeback) or a failed collection will be borne by the guest.

Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. The date on which the landlord receives the cancellation counts as the cancellation date.

In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival, the guest will receive a full refund of all amounts already paid.

In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total rent remains due.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total rent remains due.

In the event of a no-show (failure to show up without prior cancellation), 100% of the total rent remains due.

No refund will be made in the event of late arrival, early departure or failure to use the reserved period of stay to the fullest.

Any refunds will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation being processed using the same payment method used to make the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
