The villa is equipped with a luxurious kitchen, including a spacious cooking island and fully equipped. With four bedrooms it offers space for every type of traveler: the master bedroom with a comfortable box spring of 180x200 cm and an ensuite bathroom; two additional bedrooms each with a box spring of the same dimensions; and a fourth bedroom perfect for children or extra guests, equipped with a single bed, a bunk bed, and the option for a fold-out bed. An additional bathroom and separate guest toilet provide comfort and convenience.

We, Ron and Hyllinette, together with our two children from Rotterdam, are the proud owners of this beautiful villa. The name Villa Rais, which means 'root' in Papiamento, deeply reflects our connection with this island. Hyllinette, born on Curaçao, has her roots here, and together with Ron, who also lost his heart to this island, we realized our dream by building this villa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
