Villa Bagana

Villa Baganja is a recently renovated lovely detached holiday villa in the centre of Grote Berg, located at the end of a quiet street. There are 4 bedrooms with beds of 2.10m long, 2 completely renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, utility room and storage room. And above all: a lovely covered outdoor area.

The villa has a mature tropical garden with many palm trees and other beautiful vegetation and borders a green area which gives a lot of privacy. Parking is available on site and it is enclosed by a stone wall with steel and wooden fencing. As the villa is located quite high on the mountain, there is always a pleasant breeze. The villa has a large private swimming pool and parking facility on site that can be completely enclosed.

The villa has recently (December 2022-May 2023) been completely renovated and fully equipped. It has been given a cozy family beach style that will make you feel right at home. In addition to the renovation of the house, we have had a large swimming pool (8 by 4 meters) with sun terrace built. The swimming pool is located behind the house, giving you all the privacy you desire. You are with a few steps under the porch at the rear of the villa, it is wonderfully on the wind and there is a large 10-seater dining table with comfortable chairs where you can have breakfast, dinner or play a game at your leisure.

The villa has a pleasant layout, with a main entrance, side entrance, and sliding doors to the covered porch. When you enter the spacious entrance/hall through the main entrance, you will find the living room, kitchen and utility room on the right. On the left are the bedrooms that are separated from each other by a long corridor. The layout of the bedrooms makes it possible to use the villa with a large family, but also with a group of friends or with two families. Or, for example, grandparents with children and grandchildren.

On either side of the corridor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom in mirror image.

Left:

• 2 double bedrooms with beds of 2.10m long.

Right:

• one triple bedroom with beds of 2.10m long, of which two beds are set up as doubles, in this room there is room for the addition of a cot (so there is room for a tenth person who cannot be older than two years)
• one double room with two single beds of 2m long. These are set up separately, but can of course also be linked.

Each bedroom has high-quality new box spring beds with washable mattress covers. Furthermore, the bedrooms have air conditioning and large wardrobes with sufficient storage space for your clothes and suitcases.  The  restored kitchen has recently been equipped with new appliances such as a Nespresso machine, a kettle, an induction hob, combi microwave oven and a large fridge-freezer combination with water and ice cube tap. In the utility room are the dishwasher and washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, large cool box for the beach, and so on. In the utility room there is plenty of storage space for your belongings and/or groceries. There are both 220V and 110V connections throughout the house. Adapters are available. This allows you to charge (suitable) devices such as a phone charger in a 110V socket. Next to the dining table in the living room is a double 220V socket so that you can be connected to 220V on your laptop while working. In the living room there is a brand new smart TV where you can watch all your favorite channels and of course your own accounts from home. There is perfect WiFi coverage throughout the villa and outside with a fast connection (at least 50Mbps).
