Welcome to Trinti Sinku
In Trinti-Sinku you will feel right at home on Curaçao.
The color scheme of the interior and the outdoor area brings together everything that makes Curaçao so unique.
The colored houses, the rugged north coast and beautiful beaches can be found in and around the house.

You stay in a house with 3 bedrooms, the master has an ensuite bathroom.
The 2 other bedrooms have a shared bathroom and toilet.
The living room and kitchen are fully equipped, of course, free WIFI is not allowed
are missing and you can watch all programs via NLZIET.
Outside you will find a spacious porch (covered terrace) where you can have your breakfast
and relax in our lounge set. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful
sunset. The garden has a swimming pool and beach beds. Overall a delicious
stay where you want for nothing.

Tip: travel light, towels are provided and you can wash your clothes in the bedding
washing machine. And these are dry in no time in the wind that blows wonderfully around the house.

Grote Berg is located on the narrowest part of Curaçao.
And is a wonderful starting point to visit the many beaches or to explore the island
explore. But certainly also as a starting point to the various dive sites.
With your booking you will receive a free information folder with the nicest beaches,
eateries, nightlife tips and much more so that the anticipation can begin at home.

reliable car. because a car on the island is a must.
Supermarkets are less than a 10-minute drive from your accommodation.

We, Eddy and Greetje, came to live on Grote Berg in 2019 and have changed course, from the hectic pace in the Netherlands to the poko poko lifestyle of Curaçao. Where we still enjoy the peace and the wonderful weather that Curaçao has to offer every day.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price is:

Excl. 7% tourist tax
Excl. the consumption of water and electricity. This will be deducted from the deposit.
Electricity @ euro 0.40/KwH
Water @ euro 8.35/m3.
Excl. the final cleaning, being 125 euros

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
