Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

Depending on the date on which the renter cancels in writing, the host will charge the following fees:

In case of cancellation up to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant informs the tenant on the day of commencement or during the rental period that he or she will not use the accommodation (anymore), the full rent remains due.


Bail

There is a deposit of €250, which will be refunded the day after check-out, provided no damage or excessive pollution is detected.
