Beautiful maintenance-free garden with tropical plants. Garden completely walled, giving a lot of privacy. Parking on site with lockable fencing. Very safe neighborhood as there is only one access road.
In the middle of Curaçao, so Willemstad and all beaches/dive sites are quickly accessible.

In the Corona time we couldn't go anywhere to dive, but we could go to Curaçao. We liked it so much that we bought our house on Grote Berg in 2021, also due to retirement in 2023. In 2021 and 2022, the house was renovated, painted and newly furnished. Our house is also suitable for longer holidays, because all convenience is available. Also a workplace with desk, monitor, keyboard and printer. From Curaçao you can also easily fly to the other islands or go on holiday to Colombia.

50% is due 30 to 15 days in advance.
From 15 days in advance 100%, but if we manage to find a new tenant for the reserved time, it will be reduced proportionately.
For stays longer than 3 weeks, the price is €550 per week.
