Kas di Rosa is a completely renovated luxury villa with fantastic outdoor space! In the middle of the island, in the wonderfully centrally located Grote Berg. A lovely tropical garden with all amenities such as large shaded palapa, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, outdoor shower. But also inside everything is very complete, luxury kitchen with cooking island, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 beautiful bathrooms, 1 of which even has a bath. A wonderfully luxurious stay with all the trimmings. Everything is on the ground floor and can be reached without barriers. For those working from home, there is superfast WiFi!
On the covered terrace of 50m2 there is a fixed barbecue (coal) for grilling, with a washing-up facility. You can dine at the long dining table or sit comfortably on the large lounge sofas. To spend long pleasant evenings, nice next to the illuminated swimming pool. The large garden with atmospheric outdoor lighting has plenty of sun beds, a nice swimming pool and beautiful palapa with much-needed shade.
Parking is on site behind a lockable gate, here is space for 1 car. Grote Berg is an increasingly complete neighborhood, with restaurant Bali, a fish restaurant, wine shop Kafino with tastings, a real gym/fitness, pool bar Shots and much more!
Our experienced hosts Xander & Sacha from Dushi Bandabou Beheer live in the neighborhood and are quickly available, should something go wrong. They also manage several houses, which makes it possible to book multiple accommodations for a larger group!! All the houses are close to each other on Grote Berg.
