Villa Dushi Diba is a complete villa with private pool located at the top of the outer ring of Grote Berg. Grote Berg is a quiet and safe neighborhood and is centrally located on Curaçao. In 15 minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches on the west coast. The lively Otrobanda, the restaurants and shops of Willemstad are 15 minutes in the other direction. We recommend that our guests rent a car so that you can easily and quickly move around the island.
Within walking distance you will find several delicious eateries, a fantastic fish restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a cozy breakfast and lunch café and a tapas restaurant. There is also a gym, a spa and a wine shop.
The villa has a beautiful view of a protected nature reserve from the porch and the balcony with a view of the sea and the landing planes behind it. The green nature reserve is rich in birds and from the porch and balcony you can enjoy the beautiful birdsong.
Dushi Diba is a spacious villa for 6 people where there is a possibility for 8 people.
The porch is fully covered and accessible directly from the living room through a concealed sliding door of 6 meters. The large porch is in the shade and fantastic on the wind. On the porch is a dining table with 6 chairs, a beautiful lounge set and sunbeds. Around the swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m there are sunbeds and a nice large outdoor shower. This villa is perfect for the outdoors in Curaçao.
The living room and porch form a natural whole, the adjoining kitchen has an island so that you have a nice contact with the living room and the porch from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, spacious fridge and freezer, microwave and a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle.
The living room has a spacious sitting area and there is a Smart TV with many channels. The entire house has free Wi-Fi.
The whole house is equipped with 220 volts and there are a few sockets outside for 110 volts.
The villa has hot water throughout the house through a boiler.
The villa is walled and equipped with an electronically operated fence and secured with outdoor cameras. There is room for a car safely on site under the carport.
On the porch there is a lounge set and sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy a swim in the evening, even in the evening with mood lighting and lighting of the pool.
The house is spacious with a long hallway that gives direct access to the living room and porch. In the hallway are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, both bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The stairs to the top are nice nice walkable stairs with pleasant steps.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and large linen closet and a private spacious bathroom. This room has a large sliding door that is also equipped with screen doors. The sliding doors have access to a large terrace/balcony. The view there is beautiful and from the bed you look out on the nature reserve and the sea. There is a seating area on the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful view, both with sun and in the shade of the partial roof. The master bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning.
There is also a landing on the first floor and an office which can also be used as a 4th bedroom, there is a double bed. This room is also equipped with a sliding door that gives access to the balcony on the side of the house and to the front. In this room there is also a fridge/freezer for cold drinks on the balcony.
The entire villa is equipped with so-called shutter windows. Because the villa is wonderfully windy, it can be ventilated/cooled. As a result, the use of air conditioning is often not necessary everywhere. In addition to air conditioners, there are also fans in all bedrooms.
