Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the quiet neighborhood of Grote Berg, Curaçao! We, Isabelle and Sebastiaan, have renovated this apartment with a lot of love and attention, and from December 1 it will be ready to receive guests.

Enjoy a tropical garden with an exotic Bali bath and an outdoor shower. The apartment offers plenty of space and a king-size bed for ultimate relaxation. There is a workplace for everyone who needs to do some work.

The apartment has a central location on Curaçao, just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches and the airport. Several restaurants, nightlife and supermarkets can be found nearby.

The spacious living room has two entrances and leads to a large kitchen, fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bathroom has a sink, a shower and a storage space.

Relax in the very large bedroom equipped with its own workspace for those who want to combine work and pleasure. Direct access to the tropical garden allows you to enjoy an outdoor shower or a bath in the exotic setting. An oasis of peace and comfort awaits you here!

As a guest you have access to the entire apartment, the tropical garden with outdoor shower and bath. You will receive a key for the electric entrance gate to the property, where ample parking options are available.

During your stay, I am often present on location to help you. If I am not immediately available, you can always send me an app or call me. I am ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

There are 2 dogs on site. These dogs are our pets and also ensure the safety of our guests.

You can contact me to rent a car. I am the owner of Blue Lobster Rentals and I have several types of vehicles available.

Wifi, water and gas are included in the price. Electricity is exclusive and we calculate this based on a meter reading.

Together with my partner Isabelle, we have renovated this place with a lot of love and attention, so that you immediately feel at home. We live on the property ourselves, so I'm always around to give you tips about the island, make your stay even more pleasant, or have a chat. In addition, I rent cars, so you can explore Curaçao at your own pace.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
