Guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund, including taxes. 

If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, the guest will receive a 50% refund including all taxes. 

If a guest cancels less than 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will incur a 100% charge.
