Our house is located on the 24/07 secured villa park Fontein

15 min drive from the Airport.

The park is located in a green and quiet area and close to the Cristoffelberg nature reserve. The beautiful beaches of Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi are only about 5 km from the park. And Willemstad 30 min drive.

The luxury villa of 160m3 has a private swimming pool with sun loungers, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms and there is also a camp bed. There are also shooter windows everywhere so that the trade wind can blow wonderfully through the house. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences such as American fridge, dishwasher, oven, micro-oven, and induction hob. On the porch you can relax in the lounge or sit at the bar with a delicious drink.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
