Luxury detached villa for 2 adults with private swimming pool where everything has been thought of to give you a carefree holiday! The holiday villa has been carefully furnished, including a complete kitchen with dishwasher and an extra separate toilet. You have the comfort of a detached house and the luxury of a hotel. The villa is located at Villa Park Fontein, which is guarded 24/7. The site is surrounded by bamboo, which gives you optimal privacy. There is a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, where you will find a lovely rain shower with hot water. There are enough nice towels for the entire stay. There is also a washing machine that you can use.
Villapark Fontein is close to the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao, such as Porto Mari, Daaibooi and Cas Abao. Willemstad is about a 20-minute drive away.
The villa is not suitable for children. Adults only.

We are Arno and Amber and have fallen in love with Curaçao. After many beautiful holidays on the island, we have decided to buy a holiday villa for our own use, but also for rental, so that others can also enjoy this beautiful place when we are in the Netherlands.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Regular price. No high or low season prices.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email. 

In the event of cancellation of the contract, the tenant will owe the following cancellation costs:   

A: in case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 40% of the rent

B: in case of cancellation from the 60th day to the 30th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rental amount

C: in case of cancellation from the 30th day to the day of arrival: 90% of the rent

D: in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the entire rental amount.

No refunds will be made in the event of early departure before the agreed departure date.

For stays of 3 weeks or longer, there is a mandatory interim cleaning in the 2nd week for € 40,-, this will be deducted from the deposit.

The second bedroom also has windows on both sides so that the wind blows in wonderfully. The two single beds of 90x2.00m can be pushed together to form a double bed of 1.80x2.00m. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The large built-in wardrobe offers enough space to unpack your entire suitcase.
Bedroom number 1 (master bedroom) has windows on two sides so that the wind can blow in. The double bed is 1.60 x 2.00m in size. The room has direct access to a private bathroom. You have a ceiling fan as well as a new air conditioning system.

Unfortunately, the laundry also has to be done. The photo shows how wonderfully the laundry hangs to dry. The wax spider is free so that the wind blows around it happily. With the sun shining, your bedding or favorite clothes will be dry again in no time.

Welcome to our house enjoy with our beautiful terrace and private pool. In the evening it is pleasantly lit here. You can choose the atmospheric colors of the illuminated swimming pool according to your own taste.
The beautiful wall drawing creates an extra holiday atmosphere.
The wonderfully shaded new seating area with a view of the swimming pool is located under a palapa that you can illuminate in the evening with dozens of atmospheric lights. There is always a breeze so you can enjoy the weather.

Through the master bedroom there is access to the private bathroom. The bathroom is quite new, has a rain shower with hot water, a toilet and a sink. There is enough space to store your toiletries. The window has a built-in mosquito net.
The covered porch connects to the kitchen. With the song of the birds in the garden, it is the most wonderful place to have breakfast. From here you enter directly into the modern kitchen where almost nothing is missing.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, extractor hood and large refrigerator make it complete. Coffee machine and Senseo, kettle, blender and even a sandwich maker, nothing is missing!
The dining table in the lounge is also covered and the wind can blow here too. Especially in the afternoon when the sun is on the other side, it is wonderful to stay here. A high chair is available for your child upon request (free of charge).
A lovely corner has been created here for those who want to retreat from the possible crowds at the pool. The reed mats let the wind blow through so that it is really enjoyable here.
Enjoy both in the sun and in the shade.

The authentic konuku house how it was built a hundred years ago
The konuku house with the outdoor shower. It is also very refreshing to just take a shower in the open air
Completely new are the sinks for the divers where the salt water can be rinsed off. Of course you can also use this when you are not diving, for example to remove salt water from your snorkel mask.
Behind the low wall on the left of the photo, we had a higher wall installed in 2022, which provides even more privacy.
The image of the island on the wall is easy for orientation. This way you can easily discuss where you dived and which part of the island you want to explore tomorrow.
