MIRADA KARIBE = CARIBBEAN VIEW
A mouth-watering view, the wind blowing nicely around the house and watching the sun set into the sea every evening. Our home at Villapark Fontein is located at an altitude of 100 meters, against the mountain, so you are always assured of a phenomenal view of Curacao and the ocean. But that is not the only reason to rent our house for your holiday.
The entire house has shutter windows and mosquito screens. The house can therefore enjoy a wonderful breeze.
The living room has wall-to-wall sliding doors at the rear, allowing the rear porch to be drawn into the room, as it were.
At the front, the entire front (7 meters wide) has sliding doors, so here too a beautiful large open space is created!
The house is located on a double plot with a total of 900 M2. So plenty of privacy!
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are identical. No master bedroom and a guest room, both bedrooms are completely the same in size and design. Shutter windows with mosquito nets on the windows and if it does get too hot, the air conditioners can provide cooling. Both bedrooms have two good beds of 90x200 cm. A spacious wall cupboard in each bedroom where you can store your clothes and still have a lot of space to move around.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are located directly next to the bedrooms. These are also spacious and are both equipped with a toilet, bathroom furniture with double sink, a large mirror and of course a wonderful shower (with heated water).
kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped. Of course there is a large American refrigerator with cold water dispenser and an ice cube dispenser. Delicious! The kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and everything else you could want in a kitchen to prepare your own food. A washing machine, iron and board are in the adjacent utility room and are free to use.
Living room
The living room has a comfortable seating area. Of course, the TV is not missing here and a stereo system is also present. The TV is equipped with Chromecast so you can watch movies or TV via your mobile or tablet. Of course there is (free) WiFi.
Porch
The house has a front and a rear porch. The back porch is located against the mountain wall and the mundi and is extremely private and a more than wonderful place to sit! Nice lazy chairs to relax in and the wind blows around you. All kinds of birds are here and are busy all day long. Simply beautiful!
The front porch is completely covered and is wonderfully spacious. Shutter windows have been placed on the windward side that can be closed if there is too much wind or rain. The lounge set and the dining table have found their place on the front porch. The view from the porch is something that cannot be described. And the great thing is; The view remains beautiful because we are so high. What else do you want?
Swimming pool
Adjacent is the swimming pool and pool deck. The swimming pool is 4 x 4.5 meters and 1.75 meters deep. There are sunbeds on the pool deck.
The plot on the right side of the house, where our living space is, will not be built on but will eventually be developed as a garden. Until then, it's mundi. So you have no close neighbors here!
IMPORTANT: Due to the location of the house, we believe that the house is not suitable for small and young children. We therefore only rent the house to adults or families with children aged 14 and over. We do not deviate from this.
The house is absolutely not accessible for disabled people. You have to walk up a number of stairs to get into the house.
You can park your car on your own property.
The house is located in the new-build part of Fontein. Construction is taking place in the area, which may cause construction nuisance. We have no control or involvement in this. We therefore give a 25% discount on the rental price until May 1, 2025. This has already been included in the rental price.
