Inside, the villa feels spacious and luxurious. The wide corridors, high ceilings and sturdy modern doors give the house a beautiful, solid look. The spacious living room flows almost seamlessly into the large covered porch, so that inside and outside are perfectly connected.
The kitchen is definitely one of the eye-catchers of the house. Not a standard holiday kitchen, but a very fully equipped kitchen with a large cooking island, wide worktops, Quooker, various coffee options and a cappuccino maker, among other things. Everything is spacious and decorated with care.
You can also see that a lot of attention has been paid to atmosphere and finish in the rest of the house. Art, accessories and beautiful details make the villa feel warm and personal without getting crowded.
The bedrooms are generous in size and all have air conditioning. The modern bathrooms are sleekly finished and here too high-quality materials and a contemporary look have been chosen. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet.
Practically, the house is also excellently furnished. There is a spacious indoor laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer and outside the villa has a spacious carport.
Outside, the Curaçao holiday feeling comes into its own. The large covered porch offers plenty of space to relax, eat or lie in the hammock. From here you look out over the private swimming pool of approximately 6 x 3 meters, which makes it very unique in the villa park. There is a lot of privacy around the house, so you can really enjoy it in peace.

**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM).
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge. After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
Cleaning:
To ensure quality and comfort during longer stays, a mandatory intermediate cleaning fee will be charged for bookings of 14 nights or more.
