This beautiful newly built holiday villa is fully equipped. The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are both fully furnished with the latest and high quality furniture including a super nice bed.
The holiday villa has a large living room with a luxurious open kitchen including dishwasher! This space flows into the outdoor terrace, creating an enormous feeling of freedom and privacy! Under the porch you can dine at the large 6-person dining table with wicker quality chairs.
The villa has a lovely swimming pool where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of Bandabou. The pool is above average in size and is surrounded by a wooden pool deck.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Villapark Fontein is located a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao. In the immediate vicinity of the park you will find several cozy restaurants and in nearby Tera Kora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery.
The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve with several marked walking routes and is secured with a barrier and 24/7 security, which contributes to a safe and pleasant stay.
This villa is located on the entrance side of the villa park, near the main road. In practice, this is usually experienced by guests as not disturbing, partly due to the spacious layout of the villa and the park. The location also offers the advantage of quick and easy access to the park and the surrounding amenities.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as published on our (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) and included with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge.
After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
