This is Celebra Bida! A refined and very spacious holiday home located in the most beautiful region of Curacao; Bandabou!
Celebra Bida, which literally means "celebrate life", is fully equipped.
The house is fully furnished, everything has been thought of.
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms. Of which the master bedroom even has its own bathroom.
Bedroom 2 & 3 are certainly not much less spacious and share a bathroom.
And what about the beds? High-quality box springs from the Netherlands ensure that your night's sleep is guaranteed! All bedrooms have a perfectly (new) working air conditioning.
All 3 bedrooms also have spacious wardrobes with ample storage space.
The living room / living room is also very spacious. High ceilings in combination with the chic black tiles and the cozy furniture give the whole a warm and homely feeling!
Villa Celebra Bida has an open kitchen fully equipped, including a large fridge with freezer compartment and a combi oven!
Outdoor living; The outside has also been well thought of. The porch has a lovely terrace with a spacious swimming pool. In the corner of the garden is a very spacious palapa. Because it is perfectly built on the wind, you can enjoy the Caribbean feeling and your well-deserved rest at any time of the day...
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are marked. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as published on our (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) and sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge.
After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
