Villa Buena Vista

Villa Buena Vista is located in the quiet and safe resort of Villapark Fontein, about 20 kilometers west of Willemstad.
The house is located on the top floor of the villa park with an unobstructed, beautiful view of 180 degrees over the sea and the Christoffel Mountain.
On a clear day, you can see the Venezuelan mountains from the terrace.
In the morning, wake up to see colorful birds, parakeets and butterflies flying around.
When having breakfast on your terrace, you quickly forget the stress of everyday life at home.
The top beach of the Caribbean - Cas Abao Beach - is about 5 minutes away.
The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people and has been completely modernized, equipped with shutter windows and mosquito nets for good ventilation, a new kitchen and a new, large swimming pool with a natural stone pool deck.
It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms with wc and shower (hot water in the showers), as well as a guest toilet.

The bedrooms:
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC and hot water shower.
The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC and hot shower.
The third bedroom has a guest toilet.

The kitchen
is new and has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, a gas stove with electric oven and a dishwasher.
A Senseo-Duo coffee machine, kettle, blender for smoothies, toaster, sandwich maker and well-stocked kitchen equipment ensure comfortable living.

The living room
has a comfortable sofa with a beautiful view, a coffee table and a dresser.
The Internet radio provides entertainment with stations from around the world or your own music via Bluetooth.
TV: IP TV with international channels and movies/series

There is a large dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace.

A large gas barbecue is also at your disposal. Cleaning after use, otherwise we will have to charge 30€.

- for occupancy with 1 - 2 persons, 89,- Euro per day

plus additional costs (water and electricity), which are charged according to consumption.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Children up to 2 years old are free!
When booking the house, a deposit in the amount of the deposit is due.
The remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
