The house is located on the top floor of the villa park with an unobstructed, beautiful 180-degree view of the sea and the Christoffelberg.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people and has been completely modernized, equipped with shutter windows and mosquito screens for good ventilation, a new kitchen and a new, large swimming pool with a natural stone pool deck.
It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and shower (hot water in the showers), as well as a guest toilet.

The internet radio offers entertainment with stations from all over the world or your own music via Bluetooth.
