The entire house is equipped with 220 volts.

We are André and Sylvia. We fell in love with Curaçao and love it here so much that we decided to have a house built.
We ourselves go on holiday to Curaçao 2 to 3 times a year.
In the intervening periods we rent our home in this fantastic location.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
