The space

Whether you're relaxing with a book or watching your favorite series, the cozy interior space offers everything you need.
Outside, your private pool and covered terrace invite slow mornings and dinners during "The Golden Hour". With three air-conditioned bedrooms with soft bed linen and two modern bathrooms, Villa Atardecer offers a cozy, well-appointed place to unwind after a day of sun and sea.

Guest 🏡 Access
You will have full access to the private pool, terrace, kitchen, and all indoor areas, including the rooms you have paid for based on the number of guests. You always have access to the master bedroom including the private bathroom.

Villa Atardecer is a family-friendly property with a lovely private pool, perfect for cooling off and having fun. For everyone's safety, children should always be supervised by a responsible adult when in or near the pool.
While we provide a safe environment, we remind guests that supervision is essential and we cannot accept liability for any accidents. Let's work together to make your stay both fun and safe!
📌 Other comments
- New Neighborhood: Villapark Fontein is still under development, so there may be some construction work in or around the area. As a thank you for your understanding, a 10% discount is included in the price per night, valid until October 31, 2025.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $560 must be paid to our property manager upon arrival.
Tourist tax & utilities
The following costs will be charged separately after your stay:
- Tourist tax: 7% of the basic rental amount
- Water: $11 per m³
- Electricity: $0.73 per kWh
- Cleaning: For stays longer than 13 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required every two weeks, with an additional charge of $75 per cleaning.
