Palu Sinta

We would like to welcome you to our villa Palu Sinta  The house is located on Villa Park Fontein, a small-scale 24/7 guarded resort. Villapark Fontein is located in the middle of the quiet part of Curaçao and close to the most beautiful beaches, (Cas Abao, Daaibooi, and Porto Mari) nice sights and several good restaurants

Palu Sinta
Our villa with private pool and a lovely spacious porch of 45m2  has a living area of 125m2. Palu Sinta  was completed in October 2023, fully luxuriously furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The house has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. 1 car can be parked in the driveway
Wifi and 220 volt sockets are available. In the garden there is a large palapa of 4 x4  with a corner lounge set and hammocks on which you can relax.
The swimming pool is 6x3 meters and provides a wonderful cooling. 

Location
Palu Sinta is located on a quiet resort (Villa Park Fountain) with 24 hour security. This is in the middle of the island in the most beautiful area in terms of fauna and flora. Close by are the beautiful beaches of Cas Abou, Porto Marie, Daaibooi and Lagun. The beaches of Grote and Kleine knip are also not far away. for discovering nature, both the Christoffel Mountain and the Shete Boka Nature Park are nearby. 

Living room
The spacious living room of 20 m2  has a sofa, two beautiful relax chairs, coffee table,  and TV cabinet, . With your laptop, tablet or smartphone you can watch TV via the internet (Chromecast). You can listen to music with the soundbar. Various books and games are also available. The ceiling fan provides cooling if necessary

Kitchen
For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as  fridge / freezer (equipped with cold water tap)
dishwasher, ceramic hob and combi microwave. A Senseo, Nespresso, coffee maker, sandwich maker and kettle have also been thought of. Of course, crockery, cutlery and pans are available in abundance

Bedrooms:
The house has 2spacious bedrooms  with a luxurious box-spring bed with headboard (180x200) in one bedroom. In the other room a bed of 180x200 zinder headboard so that 2 box spring beds of 90x200 can also be made The 2 bedrooms have spacious wardrobes  in which you can easily store all your stuff. A cot and high chair are also available
The bedrooms are equipped with modern silent air conditioning systems

Bathrooms
These are ensuite to the bedrooms  with shower with hot water and toilet. The bathroom furniture provides plenty of space for storing your own toiletries

Porch
The spacious porch of 40m2 is equipped with a luxurious dinning set with 6 comfortable chairs and a large table of 200x100 cm. In addition, there are 4 lounge relax chairs  on the porch From the porch you look out on the pool and hear the sugar quits singing. There are 4 comfortable sunbeds by the pool

Salvage:
This contains the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron

Garden
The villa has a large garden with plants from the island:  Bougainvillea, Oleander. If you sit on the porch you can hear the birds chirping in the garden. 

Environment
At 5 minutes by car you will find a bakery, small supermarket, ATM and gas station. Local snack, smoothie and chip shops can also be reached within 5 minutes.
 Within 10 minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao: Cas Abao, Porto Marie or the free Daaibooi. It is also possible to make signposted walks from our resort in the Fontein nature reserve. Our resort is only accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security
