Kas Tribon

The Villa:
Kas Tribon is equipped for a stay of up to 6 people. The villa is built on the wind and the height of the rooms inside will be striking. This means it is always pleasantly cool in the house.

Location:
Kas Tribon is located at Villapark Fontein in the quiet part of Curaçao, surrounded by nature. Villapark Fontein is a young park with private plots. The park is under development and has a diversity of low-rise buildings.

Outdoor area:
Kas Tribon is located on a plot of approximately 700m2 on a hill. The plot is completely fenced. There is parking for 3 cars within the fence. Directly adjacent to the living room is a spacious porch (covered terrace) with a large dining table and sofas. The table and benches are spacious enough for 8-10 people. Naturally, there is also a BBQ available!

Bedrooms:
The house has three bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds. Each bedroom can be divided into two single beds or one double bed as desired. Bed linen is included in the rental. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom.
All three bedrooms have modern air conditioning and the option to hang mosquito nets (these are present in the house). All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones.

Bathrooms:
The house has 3 spacious bathrooms. Each bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The first bathroom is directly connected to the master bedroom (ensuite), the second bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and the third bathroom is located near the roof of the terrace, right next to the swimming pool.

Living room/kitchen:
Immediately upon entering is the kitchen, which is openly connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a gas hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, large American refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pans and accessories. There are also plenty of glasses, cups and crockery available (including a set of plastic children's crockery).

Next to the kitchen is the living room. Here you will find a sofa and comfortable rocking chairs. There is a TV and audio/video system; It is possible to play DVDs, BluRays or CDs that you have brought with you. In addition, it is possible to connect equipment such as laptop, tablet, etc. via Bluetooth, USB or HDMI. We do not have access to a television signal, but via the audio/video system it is possible to watch the latest news, for example through a missed broadcast.

Guests have the option to use the available internet connection via WiFi.
