Kas Son i Mar is located in a safe and quiet location within Villapark Fontein, just a 25-minute drive from the colorful capital city of Willemstad and 20 minutes from Hato International Airport. The house is located near some of Curaçao's most popular and breathtaking beaches, including Cas Abou, Porto Marie, and Daaibooi – all ideal for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing.
Comfortable holiday home with private pool, BBQ and tropical garden
Since 2025, we have been renting out this beautiful property which features an 18 m² private swimming pool with a shallow end, perfect for children and relaxed lounging. The pool is surrounded by a sunny pool deck with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the Caribbean sun.
The tropical garden is attractively landscaped and offers plenty of privacy. In addition, there is a large palapa at the front of the house, a nice place to relax and enjoy the cooling evening breeze. For lovers of outdoor cooking, there is a BBQ available, with which you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the outdoors.

Kas Son i Mar features three bedrooms, ideal for families, friends or couples who want to travel together:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and individual air conditioning.
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: Two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, each with wardrobe and air conditioning.
There are two fully equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers, sinks, toilets and towels.
