From October 2023 we also offer fishing trips with our own boat (Rana17). We would like to welcome you to our very beautiful and modern Villa Kas Jannel. This beautiful villa is modern and tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
We have furnished our villa with care and love and hope that you experience it that way too.
The villa is located in the beautiful, green and 24/7 guarded Fontein villa park.
Villapark Fontein is located in a green area close to the most beautiful beaches such as Porto Marie, Cas Abou, Rif Sint Marie (Karakter).
Villa Kas Jannel has a spacious porch with a lovely swimming pool with lots of privacy.
There is a beautiful garden around the house where you can enjoy the birds!
Porch (terrace):
The covered porch has a beautiful dining table and lounge sofa. There are also sunbeds to relax by the pool. The porch has an outdoor shower
We provide hammam towels for this lounge sofa and sun loungers.
The swimming pool is approximately 1.60m deep and has no barrier for small children.
Pergola:
On the side of the house is a modern pergola with lounge sofa. Here you can enjoy the breeze with a view of the garden.

The villa has a spacious living room, open kitchen with cooking island, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including toilet and a storage room (boiler, vacuum cleaner, ironing board/iron, safe and space to put suitcases).
There is free WiFi/internet available.
The villa is detached and has a large spacious garden.
The entire house has shutter windows including mosquito screens.
Bedrooms (3):
2 bedrooms have a beautiful 2-person box spring (180x200).
The smaller bedroom also has a 2-person box spring of 160x200.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito net and sufficient cupboard space.
Living room:
The living room is tastefully decorated. There is, among other things, a 3-seater sofa and coffee table. A sideboard with smart TV where you can watch TV via the internet or Netflix via your own account. The living room has attractive lighting. Which also invites you to spend an evening on the couch watching TV. There is a dining area where you can also sit comfortably and, if necessary, also offers a good "home" workplace.
Kitchen: The living room is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer combination (water and ice cube function), 5-burner gas stove (with wok burner), microwave, combi oven, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, air fryer, coffee maker/senseo, kettle and hand blender.
Crockery, pans and cutlery are sufficiently available.

You can also use the washing machine, ironing board/iron and a safe.
We have a gas and a coal BBQ. So you can choose.
You can use the cool box with cooling elements to go to the beach.
The house is equipped with 220V connections. Hot water comes from a boiler.
Bedding, towels and kitchen towels are provided in sufficient quantities.
No beach towels.
It is recommended to rent a car during your stay. Willemstad is about 20 minutes away. In the town of Tera Kora, 5 minutes from the park, there is a smaller supermarket (New California) where various groceries are available. The pharmacy, gas station and an ATM are also there. The beautiful beaches where you can enjoy diving and snorkeling are a very short distance away. Cas Abao is a 10-minute drive, Playa Porto Mari is 15 minutes and Daaibooi is 10 minutes.
Hato airport is 20 minutes by car.
