If you are planning to go on vacation to beautiful Curaçao, you are very welcome in our villa called "Kas Bandhu".
Our villa was completed in January 2026 and is located on the 24/7 secured "Villapark Fontein" on the green side of the island and is suitable for a holiday stay for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 people (Adults only).
Due to the high location of the villa you have a beautiful sea view and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. You also have a view of the Christoffel Mountain, the highest mountain in Curaçao.
Kas Bandhu
Our villa is very complete and carefully furnished to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Kas Bandhu has a spacious and cozy living room with an open spacious kitchen around the corner.
Through the sliding doors you enter the porch (veranda) and the spacious pool deck.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, wardrobes, a ceiling fan and a TV with soundbar and sub woofer. The TV is connected to the internet and you can use your own login for the streaming apps.
For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and combi microwave. In addition, there is a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and a blender.
Of course, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pans and towels and dishcloths are widely available.
The house has 2 spacious bedrooms available.
Bedroom 1 has luxurious box-spring beds with a double topper (160 x 200).
Bedroom 2 also has these luxurious box-spring beds and is equipped with 2 single toppers so that the beds can also be placed apart. Both bedrooms have an open wardrobe.
The bedrooms are equipped with modern silent air conditioning systems.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with hot water, a sink with base cabinet, a mirror with shelf and a hanging toilet.
The storage room has a washing machine in which you can do your own laundry.
The spacious L-porch (veranda) has a luxurious dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. From the porch you overlook the private pool and you have a magnificent view of the sea and the setting sun.
Adjacent to the porch is our very spacious pool deck with swimming pool, outdoor shower, 2 armchairs and 2 sunbeds and a spacious palapa of 4 x 4 meters, equipped with a lovely lounge set where you can enjoy the sea view and the beautiful sunsets.
The swimming pool is 3 x 6 meters and equipped with a staircase and a bench.
There is a spacious garage available under the villa. Here you can park the car and it stays nice and cool in the shade.
Accommodation
The villa can be rented for a minimum stay of 1 week (7 nights) to a maximum of 6 weeks. A longer period is possible in consultation.
Rental price
The rental price is € 140.00 per night and is per stay. This price is based on a minimum stay of 2 people.
From the 3rd person there is a surcharge of € 15.00 per person per night.
The prices mentioned do not include the costs for water and electricity.
Deposit
The deposit for stays up to two weeks (14 nights) is €500,-. For each week or partial week longer, the deposit will be paid with
€ 100,-- per week increased.
The consumption of water, electricity and any damage will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy
Costs for cancellations up to 6 weeks before departure: 50% of the invoice sum. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before departure, only the deposit will be returned to you.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance with your insurance company.
Perched Villa
The villa is accessible via two staircases of 13 and 15 steps respectively.
As a result, the house is not suitable for the disabled.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in and around the villa.
Cleaning
The cost of the final cleaning is € 125.00.
For stays longer than two weeks, an interim cleaning is mandatory. The costs for this cleaning are € 75.00.
You must wash the bed linen, towels, etc. yourself during your stay.
Water and electricity
On arrival and departure, the meter readings are taken by the manager. The actual consumption of water and electricity is not included in the rental price and will be deducted from your deposit.
The rate for water consumption is € 10.00 per m3
The rate for electricity is: € 0.75 per kw/h
The current is 220 Volts, you can just use the European plugs.
Internet
The villa is equipped with an internet connection.
Construction work
Construction work is currently taking place at Villapark Fontein. That is why we offer you a temporary discount on the rental price. This discount is already included in the indicated rental price and is valid until 31-12-2026
