Only a 15-minute drive from Hato Airport is Villapark Fontein. 'Kas Akwamarin' is a modern holiday home of 90m2 with swimming pool and a spacious veranda. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The living room with open kitchen is directly connected to the veranda, creating a large living space and the wind offers wonderful cooling.
The house is equipped with European (220V) sockets and WiFi. Throughout the house there are shutter windows with mosquito nets, so that the wind blows wonderfully through the house.
The veranda has 2 beach chairs and a dining area with 4 chairs. In the living room you will find 2 chairs, together with a bookcase. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher! A Senseo machine and a kettle have also been thought of...
The bedrooms are equipped with a quiet, economical air conditioning. The master bedroom has a 2-person box spring bed and a wardrobe to store your clothes in an organized manner.
The second bedroom has 2 box-spring beds (which can be placed against each other).
In the storage room you will find, in addition to a washing machine and various cleaning supplies, also a cool box to take to the beach.
The pool is 5 by 4 meters and 1.60 deep. Next to the pool, you can relax on the sunbeds under the palapa that is beautifully built on the wind!
Kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are provided.

The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are marked. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as published on our (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) and sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge.
After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
