Location and security
The 24-hour secured Villapark Fontain is a quiet and popular resort. It is close to the most beautiful beaches and nature reserves on the island.
The magnificent beaches of Cas Abou or Porto Marie can be reached in a few minutes by car. Divers will find the most beautiful areas nearby. The park is only 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Willemstad. Restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy and petrol station are also just a few minutes away.
A car parking space on the property provides security for your car. The plot is fully fenced and secured with two gates.
Modern ambience
We bought the house from Carla & Ronald in August 2025, the architect's villa was built and furnished with a lot of expertise and attention to detail. State-of-the-art technology and cosy furnishings, combined with handmade decorations from Curaçao, will make your holiday an experience.
Pure cooling in beautiful surroundings
From the beautiful private swimming pool (6 x 3 m) or the lounger on the terrace, you can look out over a Caribbean garden with a wide variety of plants, such as banana trees, agaves, oleanders and various palm trees. The neighboring property on the left is used as a "garden plot". The property opposite is also undeveloped – more peace and quiet and above all privacy for you!
A living room outside
The spacious terrace with awning and dining area is ideal for lunch by the pool. In the evening, the living veranda with lounge area offers a wonderful view over the landscape and invites you to relax. You can enjoy the sunset here with a sundowner. The lounge area has a side sun shade and a retractable fence that provides protection for toddlers in the pool area.
Dinner with a cool breeze
A side door leads directly from the kitchen to the side, covered outdoor area. On this wind-cooled veranda you can sit together with up to 6 people and spend beautiful evenings. A gas grill is available for barbecues and a bamboo bar fence gives privacy to the neighboring property.
Inside cosiness and state-of-the-art technology
The spacious and cozy living room is equipped with a leather couch and state-of-the-art entertainment technology: smart TV, Chromecast, hi-fi system and fast internet (100 Mbit fiber). Enjoy your own shows through Chromecast. The eco-villa is fully equipped with 220 V.
Northeast trade winds provide the natural cooling, keep doors and windows open in the living room when you are in the house – they will enjoy it.
A fully equipped kitchen
Our new, large American refrigerator holds your purchases and keeps them cool. Kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and gas stove grill and much more complete the equipment. A small table with two chairs can be used as a work surface or for a quick cup of coffee. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and a portable extra bed.
Sleep peacefully
The two bedrooms at the back of the house and facing northwest/east share a bathroom (shower/WC) in the house. In the pool area there is another, fully equipped bathroom (shower/WC). Here you can clean yourself before swimming in the pool. With two bathrooms, you can quickly finish in the evening with 4 people. Hot water is available in both showers and in the kitchen.
One air conditioner per bedroom makes sleeping comfortable even in hot nights. A baby cot, a free safe, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer are provided.
Our contribution to environmental protection
The Eco Villa, equipped with a solar system, takes advantage of the Caribbean sun. In this way, we contribute to environmental protection. The system, which runs independently of the power grid, also provides light and Wi-Fi for a while during a power outage – a rarity on the island. The energy-saving LED lighting is another plus point for the responsible use of energy.
Important to know
Unfortunately, pets and parties are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking house! An intermediate cleaning can be done on request for an extra charge. For stays longer than 15 days, it is mandatory to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Further additional services (pick-up from the airport, shopping) can be booked for an extra charge.
