Cas Horizon is located on the 24/7 secured Coral Estate resort within walking distance (via stairs) of the beach and the Karakter and Koraal restaurants.

The detached villa is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Due to the distance and the ability to explore the island, we recommend using a (rental) car. You can park it in the shade under the carport that belongs to the house.

In short; a place to completely relax and a villa that is equipped with all amenities.

We have been coming to Curacao for many years and when we visited Coral Estate we fell in love immediately. What a nice place to stay in the middle of peace and greenery!

The resort is centrally located, the most beautiful beaches on the island are just around the corner, but you will not be short of anything at the resort itself. When we got the chance to buy the house that we have already rented several times, we didn't have to think; we would like to let you enjoy this wonderful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
