Coconut villa with pool

Villa Coconut is located in Villa Park Fontein on one of the higher lots. And is only a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao with fantastic sea views. Villa Coconut has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, hot water, microwave, oven and a Senseo coffee maker and refrigerator with a large freezer. A washing machine, drying rack, ironing board/iron and a cool bag are provided and can be used if required. In the living room you will find a cozy sitting area with table, cupboard and a small stereo system with CD player. A fan gives you a cool breeze here and in the integrated kitchen.

Through the living room you can go outside on the porch, here there is a large covered terrace with dining area and a large barbecue with hob. On the porch you will also find a lounge group where you can sit. Immediately after the covered terrace you come to the pool deck / sun terrace and your own private pool (3 x 5 meters)

In the garden there are cozy corners to relax, the four-poster bed welcomes you to dream away.

The plot is completely fenced, in front of the house there is a parking space for one car.

Villa Coconut offers free Wi-Fi and has 220 volts mains (no adapter needed). Towels (2 per person), bath towels (1 per person) and sheets are changed once a week, only beach towels are not available.

Our rent is based on the rent of the entire house, we do not know seasonal surcharges.

We charge a deposit of € 350, - for the final cleaning we charge an amount of € 60.00

Electricity and water are charged on the basis of consumption, the costs of this we settle at the end of the holiday from the deposit. The remaining deposit will be refunded after departure.
