This brand new detached villa completed in the 2nd quarter of 2025 with private pool is located on the quiet and green Villapark Fontein with 24 hour security, on the idyllic west side of the island where you can be on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world within 10 minutes Playa Cas Abou according to National Geographic! Where you can enjoy a Caribbean underwater fairytale.

The villa is wonderfully located on the wind and has comfortable box spring beds 180 x 210 in two bedrooms , and 2 single box spring beds 90 x 210 in the third bedroom.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans, equipped with light-out roman blinds, two modern bathrooms of which the ensuite bedroom has a rain shower.
A spacious living room with an open kitchen that is fully equipped including:
Modern 4-burner gas hob
A dishwasher
A combi oven/microwave
A double door fridge with ice water supply and spacious freezer drawers.
From the living room you overlook the porch and the swimming pool (3 x 6 m) depth +/- 1.50 m. which can be illuminated in the evening. The garden is surrounded by tropical plants.
There is an outdoor shower and 3 comfortable sunbeds – the perfect place for a sunny day or a balmy evening under the stars.

In the house you will find an extensive information folder about what Curacao has to offer in the Culinary, Cultural and Leisure area.
For the rest, the villa is a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of the island – such as Playa Cas Abao, Playa Porto Marie and Daaibooi.
Within 7 minutes you are at a supermarket, ATM, gas station, doctor and pharmacy.
Willemstad and the airport are about a 25-minute drive away.

Check-in from 15:00 - check-out 11:00.
If there are no new tenants, you can consult with the managers whether you can stay in the house until departure.
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our managers who can assist you with transportation to and from the airport.
If you want to rent a car, they can help you with that.
The meter readings for water and electricity are noted on arrival and departure and deducted from the deposit.
Interim cleaning is possible if you indicate this to our managers, for a fee.
If you appreciate that there are groceries in the house when you arrive, it is so easy then you can indicate this during the booking, our managers will buy them for you according to your wishes.
