The villa is located on a spacious plot of +/- 500m 2 . The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a cozy living room with an open kitchen. The villa is equipped with 220v/50hz connections with European sockets. The swimming pool of 6m x 3m and 1.60m deep with pool deck is great if you want to cool off at the villa with the sea breeze that is always there. There is also an outdoor shower so you can get in and out of the water cleanly. In addition, the porch is adjacent to the pool deck. There is also another palapa on the plot where you can enjoy and relax. At the front of the villa there is space to park 2 cars.
The living area:
Here is the living room and kitchen. The living room has 2 patio doors that take you to the porch. The living room has a smart TV, radio with bluetooth and a dining area with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and pans are widely available.
The bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable bed of 1.60m x 2.00m, low-noise air conditioning, a ceiling fan and shutter windows with mosquito nets. The bed can be split into 2 single beds. If you open all windows, they provide good ventilation and breeze. There is also a spacious linen closet.
The Guest Bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable bed of 1.40m x 2.00m, low-noise air conditioning, shutter windows and a spacious linen closet.
The bathroom:
This is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with hot water, a hanging toilet and a washbasin with mirror and base cabinet.
The Salvage:
Is equipped with a washing machine and sufficient storage space.
The Porch:
On the porch you can enjoy about 10 in the morning in the shade on the comfortable lounge set.
Area:
There are plenty of beautiful beaches in the area. Cas Abou beach is less than 10 minutes drive away. Towards Westpunt the rougher part of the island are also the most beautiful beaches. There are several good restaurants in the area within a 15min drive. The Christoffelberg, which is about a 20-minute drive away, offers plenty of walking routes and viewpoints where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the island. You can also see this mountain from the villa. The park is only accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

- Check-in: from 4 pm. Check-out: 11 a.m. (a later check-out is possible / negotiable in consultation with the caretaker if no booking is planned on that day).
