The holiday home CAS IGUANA is located on the 24-hour guarded Villapark Fontein.
The CAS IGUANA has two bedrooms.
A bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m and a bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito protection.
All windows in the house are equipped with sun-resistant glazing.
The spacious living room offers plenty of space for all guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with the usual utensils such as cutlery, plates, pots, pans, a large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, radio, etc.
The mains voltage in the house is 220 V and there are plenty of sockets. (no adapter required). There is also a safe for your valuables.
Outside, the CAS IGUANA has a swimming pool that is not visible from the outside with a cute terrace, a large dining table with 4 chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.
There is also a laundry and drying facility for our diver.
The most beautiful beaches, such as Porto Mari, Cas Abao, Daaibooi Bay, restaurants, a gas station and a supermarket are just a few minutes away from Villapark Fontein.
