Hofi Berde is located in the quiet part of the park, with no construction activities in the immediate vicinity. Here you can enjoy privacy, space and the real island feeling.
📍 Location
Villapark Fontein is located a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Banda Abou, such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi. In the nearby villages you will find supermarkets, a bakery, gas station and several restaurants.
Villa Hofi Berde is perfect for guests who love atmosphere, authenticity and the real Curaçao – away from the hustle and bustle, but close to the most beautiful places on the island.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM).
Payment:
A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge.
After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of a cancellation insurance before you travel to Curaçao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
