A cheerful and well-kept holiday home in the quiet and fully developed part of Villapark Fontein. No construction activities around the corner, not directly on the main road of the park, but nicely hidden with a nice garden, lots of privacy and above all: a surprisingly spacious private swimming pool.
Kas Jumelle is a wonderful home for couples, families or friends who are mainly looking for a comfortable and relaxing base to discover Banda Abou and the most beautiful side of Curaçao.
🌴 Outdoor living as it should be
Around the house you will find a green, tropical garden with mature plants and plenty of privacy. The large palapa provides a lovely shaded area next to the pool and on the covered terrace at the house you can have breakfast, eat or enjoy the end of the day.
And that swimming pool should be mentioned: this is certainly not a small paddling pool. There is plenty of space to swim, cool off and spend an afternoon around the house with the family.
🏡 Cozy, practical and well-kept
Inside, Kas Jumelle is bright and colorful, with nice tropical details that fit perfectly with Curaçao. The living room connects to the kitchen and through the covered veranda the indoor and outdoor living easily flow into each other.
The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds, making Kas Jumelle very suitable for up to 4 people.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the house also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is practically furnished and includes a spacious fridge freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

Kas Jumelle is not a hypermodern design villa and does not pretend to be. Above all, it is a very pleasant, complete and cozy holiday home where you quickly feel at home.
It is precisely the combination of the spacious swimming pool, the privacy, the tropical garden and the quiet location that makes this a very nice choice for those who want to enjoy a nice holiday without necessarily having to put a luxury price tag on it.

Kas Jumelle is located on the secure Villa Park Fontein, in the middle of beautiful Banda Abou. From here you can easily drive to famous beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie, Daaibooi, Grote Knip and the many smaller bays on this side of the island.
After a day at the beach, diving or discovering Curaçao, you come back to the park, jump into your own pool and above all: don't have to do anything anymore.

Villa Park Fontein
Kas Jumelle is located on the secure Villapark Fontein, in the middle of the quiet and green Banda Abou. From here you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao within a short time, including Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi.
In the area you will find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Corá you will find supermarkets, a bakery, ATM and gas station. There is also a beautiful nature reserve around Fontein with various walking routes.
The villa park is accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are indicated. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge. After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
- From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
