Antilleandream is centrally located in the very quiet neighborhood of Kashutuin. (near country house Daniël) Within a few minutes' drive you will find several beaches where you can sunbathe, snorkel and dive. In addition, you are a 15-minute drive to Willemstad, the capital of Curacao with the famous pontoon bridge and many shops and terraces.
Our detached house has a spacious living room with a five-meter high ceiling which provides cooling. Next to the living room is the open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences such as dishwasher & microwave. All bedrooms have box-spring beds, air conditioning and blackout curtains.
At the rear of the house is the swimming pool, a large secluded garden with lots of privacy, an attractive porch (covered terrace) and the large terrace next to the pool. The porch can be closed off for children by means of a gate so that they cannot go to the swimming pool.
Two cars can be parked on site in front of the house. The plot is over 650 m2.
Unlike many other landlords, the basic rent includes water and electricity (Fair use).
