Coral Estate is a 24 hour guarded resort of approximately 350 hectares with a coastline of no less than 3 kilometers and located on the west side of the island. Here you will find the beautiful nature and the most beautiful beaches. However, within half an hour drive you can reach the center of Willemstad, Shopping Mall Sambil, Center Supermarket, airport Hato etc.
You will experience a lot of peace, privacy and security.
Adjacent to Coral Estate is a nature reserve with salt pans in which flamingos have their domicile.
The beach with the beautiful azure Caribbean Sea is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. You will also find Lounge & Restaurant Character, Coral Rooftop Terrace & Pool, Bread & More, Salon & Spa 8 The Experience, not to mention the Diving School and shop Coral Divers.

We, Marianne and Ron, got married in Curaçao in 2014 and since then we have been infatuated with the island. We live and work in the Netherlands and have recently become the proud owners of Villa Rileks, where we have stayed as a tenant for many years with great pleasure and tranquility. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Just so you know...
The rental rate is based on an occupancy of a maximum of two people. For each additional person we only charge you € 15 per night.
When booking, you must pay 30% of the principal amount with a minimum of € 500,-.
We receive guests with a minimum age of 8 years.

5% from 28 nights.

Including
Bed linen, bath and kitchen textiles and beach towels.
Cleaning of the pool.
Intermediate cleaning (for stays of fourteen nights or more).
Resort fee

Water and electricity
These are charged separately. Water at the rate of Nafl. 17.54 (approx. Eur. 8.65 per m3)* and electricity at the rate of Nafl. 0.77 (approx. Eur. 0.42 per KW)*. (* = price changes reserved).
The meter readings will be noted on arrival and departure in your presence and will be deducted from the deposit. You should take into account, with average consumption, approx. €10 to €20 per day.

Car rental
To make the most of your holiday, we recommend renting a car. You have the opportunity to rent various models at very competitive rates. Surrender of the Deductible is also possible (the landlord is one of the few who offers this). Ask for a tailor-made offer.

Transfer
After a long flight, it is of course nice to have someone waiting for you so that you can immediately
to Villa Rilèks. From the airport you can reach the villa in about 15 minutes and you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday. Ask for the rate of this service.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00 and check-out no later than 11:00. In consultation and if possible, these times can be deviated from.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation up to 6 weeks before departure, the deposit amount, 30%, will not be refunded. In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
